In 2014, I coined the name "Life Doula" a.k.a. Life Coach. Why? Because I realized I'm not the average life coach; I found myself using my gift as a childbirth doula to take my clients and services to the next level! As a Life Doula, I help a woman utilize what she already knows, as a vehicle to getting her precisely where she wants to be!
I teach clients the mastered art of 'relaxed concentration'; how to minimize stress, maintain mental clarity and how to use strategic planning and goal setting to achieve desired outcomes; even in particularly challenging or difficult life situations.

Personal Wellbeing: Manicure, Pedicure, Hand-Head-Foot Massage
Mental & Emotional Wellbeing: Yoga, Meditation, Journeling 1-hr. workshop
Creative & Spiritual Wellbeing: Dance, Drawing/Painting, Arts & Crafts, Creative Writing **Sessions are available on an hourly and weekly basis or unlimited access by retainer fee**
